ROBERT A. SHELDON, B.A., J.D.
I received my law degree at the University of Windsor and was called to the bar in 2013. While at Windsor Law, I was the recipient of the 2011 Scotiabank award in Trusts and achieved the highest standing out of the 2011 University of Windsor Mediation Services Clinic interns.
Prior to opening my own firm, I was an Associate Lawyer with Bryna McLeod Lawyers - a boutique law firm with more than 35 years of real estate, wills + powers of attorney and corporate law experience in Guelph.
I have two young sons, Rohays ("RO-ays") and Lachlan ("LAHK-lən"), and a wonderful and beautiful wife, Ashley, who tolerates my sense of humour and smelly gym clothes.
SHANNA DURSKI
My name is Shanna and I am a senior law clerk at Sheldon Law. I am responsible for preparing files, client signings and closing transactions - we will be talking a lot!
I obtained a diploma in Human Resources at University of Guelph. While I did not pursue a career in HR, I found my passion with law and real estate. And, the skills I learned while obtaining my diploma have come in handy over my 10 year career as a real estate clerk.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, my kids, pets and friends.

MARY-KATE BROWN
I am a junior law clerk here at Sheldon Law. I am responsible for initial intakes, opening files and assisting the Robert and Shanna will all aspects of your file - you will be hearing from me!
I obtained degrees in Sociology and Social Work at Nipissing University, North Bay. I was born and raised in North Bay, and while I am still relatively new to living in the area, I have spent many summers in Guelph and the surrounding area visiting family.
When I am not working, I enjoy walking/playing with my German shepherd Marley and spending time with friends and family.

SUSAN WHITE
My name is Susan White and I am a senior Law Clerk at Sheldon Law. I am responsible for preparing Real Estate files and closings. I am always available to answer any questions you may have.
My career in the real estate industry started in high school when I worked evenings and weekends for a Realty company preparing offers and answering phones. Many years later, I still find real estate to be intriguing.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and road trips!

HILARY LOCKHART
My name is Hilary Lockhart and I am a legal assistant at Sheldon Law. I will likely be your first contact at Sheldon Law!
I have gained experience in the legal field by working as the office coordinator at a court reporting firm and as a legal support staff at a litigation law firm. I joined Sheldon Law in April 2021 and I am excited to pursue a career in real estate law.
I moved to Guelph in 2018 and I immediately fell in love with the community. When I am not working, I love to cook and spend time outdoors. In the summertime you can probably find my partner and I camping at Guelph Lake in Nancy (our camper van - she’s a beaut!).

KRISTINA PEDERSEN
My y name is Kristina Pedersen and I am the bookkeeper at Sheldon Law. I am responsible for bookkeeping and client reports.
I gained experience working in a real estate office in Georgetown and worked with an established Law Firm in Guelph before joining the Sheldon Law team in September 2021.
When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends!
