COVID-19: WILLS + POWERS OF ATTORNEY

During this Pandemic, in these uncertain times, making changes or completing your Wills + Powers of Attoney takes on heightend importance.

The Government of Ontario has amedned legislation to ensure people who want to get their affairs in order can do so with greater ease by allowing wills and Powers of Attorney to be witnessed virtually. Unfortuntely, no amendment has been made to allow electronic signatures on Wills + Powers of Attorney. As such, we will work with to coordinate the signing of these important documents.
